Over the coming weeks we will be adding new content to the website across key social factors impacting health, including Public Health, Housing for Health, Social Health, Food is Medicine, and more.
In partnership with leading organizations, Kaiser Permanente embarked on a thought leadership program with a goal of advancing health across communities and inspiring others to join in efforts to solve critical individual, community and public health challenges. Opportunities were identified to bring together key experts, thought leaders, researchers, and innovators on key issues that impact health. The program centers around providing platforms and channels for community partners and others to share their expertise and resources that are making an impact in: Climate & Health, Public Health, Housing for Health, Social Health, Food is Medicine, and more.
